How Many Starters Are Included?

Each starter set contains 3 individual yogurt starters.

The bundle therefore contains:

Each individual starter can be used to prepare one batch of yogurt.

In total, the bundle allows you to prepare up to 18 initial batches of yogurt before any reculturing.

The finished yogurt may be used as a starter for subsequent batches.

Scientific studies on lactic acid bacteria have shown that repeated reculturing is possible over multiple generations. In practice, many users successfully reculture their yogurt at least 10 times.

Dr. William Davis recommends restarting with fresh capsules after approximately 20 recultures.
